Crystal Palace is a four star hotel located in the most important business area of Bucharest. Refurbished in 2018, the hotel is a peaceful and quiet retreat from the city bustle. The Crystal Palace Hotel has with 74 rooms and 11 suites. Its strategic location together with its high quality of services, conference and business facilities, make the hotel the ideal solution for business, tourists and groups.

What influenced your decision to partner with Guestcentric?

We chose to partner with Guestcentric because they offer a fully integrated solution to meet our business needs. We were drawn to the centralized solution that would efficiently enable us to manage our Website, booking engine, channel manager, and other back office functions. From an operational standpoint, the Guestcentric platform has been working very well for us so far.

What is your favourite feature within Guestcentric’s platform?

I cannot pin-point one specific feature, but in my opinion, the centralized back office has been great for us, with the modifications available and the channel manager integrated into the platform.
