What influenced your decision to partner with Guestcentric?
We only had one hotel prior to partnering with Guestcentric in 2016. At this time, our website and booking engine provider at the time left much to be desired. Not only were we receiving minimal direct bookings, but the look and feel of our hotel website were very poor.
Because our hotel website was and still is our business card for online visitors, we recognized the need to change. Guestcentric offered a solution that better aligned to our brand and offer, which is ultimately what influenced our decision to partner with them.
In your view, what are some of the benefits you have received or expect to receive from using Guestcentric's solutions?
Up until 2016, our hotel website was really just a page to put our business online. Although it had some content and offers, it was not a true reflection of who we are as a brand. Guestcentric has proven to be an excellent upgrade for our business.
With Guestcentric’s fully integrated solution, our hotel website is appealing to guests who visit to learn more about what we have to offer, while our booking engine certainly helps to bolster our direct bookings. It has certainly helped us boost our brand image since 2016, and I am proud to say we now have an excellent online presence.
Guestcentric’s content management system has also given us greater flexibility because we can update offers immediately from the back office. This continues to be critical for us, particularly in the current climate where everything keeps changing all the time. This level of flexibility was not attainable with our previous provider, and we always needed to contact them to make updates.
Our journey with Guestcentric has certainly helped us understand the digital world better, and it has been a very strong partnership. As we step into a new page of digitalization, we expect Guestcentric to embark on this next phase of the journey with us and look forward to continuing to develop and grow together.
