What influenced your decision to partner with Guestcentric?
Prior to opening Villa Foz Hotel & Spa, I initially worked with Guestcentric to develop a hotel website for another property. At the time we had a total of four hotel websites, the last of which was delivered by Guestcentric. I could immediately see the difference between Guestcentric and other providers we had previously worked with. This is ultimately why Guestcentric was our first partner of choice when we opened Villa Foz Hotel & Spa in 2019.

Guestcentric’s integrated website and booking engine are both intuitive and user-friendly, which is very important for our operations. The fact that Guestcentric has a call center with an efficient response time has also been extremely helpful for us. In my view, these are the strongest value-adds Guestcentric has delivered to our business.
We really value the direct line of communication with Guestcentric’s support team. And I am not talking about the live chat, but the ability to call and speak to a real person who handles a case from start to finish. The response time is extremely efficient, and queries are often resolved either on the spot or within less than 24 hours.
